Before anything, you should probably know that I love good food. Like anyone, the more delicious- the better! I never sacrifice taste for health, the two go together in my book. I strongly believe that eating a balanced diet comes from the combination of good habits and behaviors while always listening to and trusting your body’s cravings.
I specialize in treating and managing eating disorders and hormonal imbalances such as thyroid disorders, PCOS, and diabetes, and provide weight and health counseling through a non-diet approach to nutrition. Above all else, I have always been passionate about teaching anyone and everyone about nutrition and how it is connected to habit formation and emotional well-being.
