If you notice that you feel "bad" before or after eating, afraid of food and the effects of food, If your sense of meaning, value, and/or self-worth seem tied to food choices and quantity, you feel embarrassed, ashamed, regretful, sad, or discouraged after eating, these may be signs that its time to get help.
We will be your team leader, guiding your family, loved ones and anyone on your medical team on how to approach this struggle in your life. We use a combination of nutrition approaches, meal plans and guidelines to treat each individual eating disorder client, but the bottom line is always prioritizing a team approach.

NUTRITION FOR PCOS
PCOS is an Endocrine Disorder that affects multiple body systems and can have many symptoms. At its core PCOS treatment is about creating balanced hormonal regulation through balanced eating so it is treated through appropriate nutrition management. Usually PCOS can cause very strong carb and sugar cravings, causing you to believe that you are “out of control.” Binge-eating and restricting are common in women with PCOS when these cravings are so powerful. This is not your fault! It's time to learn how to eat in a way that both fuels and nourishes you in a gentle way.
